BUSINESS OWNERS WILL

A Business Owners Will relates to shareholdings in up to five Free Zone and UAE onshore companies. The company shares must be held within the UAE.

PROPERTY WILL

A Property Will relates to real estate property only and is limited to five real estate properties within the UAE.

FINANCIAL ASSETS WILL

A Financial Assets Will relates to bank and brokerage accounts only and is limited to ten separate bank or brokerage accounts which must be held within the UAE.

GUARDIANSHIP WILL

FULLWILL/ MIRRORWILL

If you wish to register a DIFC Will to govern the distribution of your assets or one which is to encompass both assets and guardianship provisions, then you should register a Full Will.

You can have a single full Will or a mirror Will. This is the best option for a married couple who wish to leave their assets to one another and register the Wills at the same time.
